Return Information

Thank you for shopping at 4 State Trucks.

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you are encouraged to review the following policy on returns and refunds. 4 State Trucks reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions below and is at our sole discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your Return & Refund Rights-

You are entitled to return your order within 180 days without giving any reason for doing so.

To exercise your right of return and refund, you are required to inform 4 State Trucks of your decision to do so and be issued an RMA# beforehand. This can be done from the 4 State Trucks website, by selecting “Initiate Return”, and following the instructions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

All refunds are issued to the same form of payment used on the order and are normally processed within 24 to 48 hours from the day the returned goods are received. If you change your bank or credit card, and we can no longer refund the original form of payment, you will be issued store credit.  Refunds by check are not provided in any situation.

All drop-ship, non-stocking, special order, clearance, custom-built items, and all electronics are NOT eligible for return.

For goods to be eligible for a refund, please insure the following:

●     Purchase was made within the last 180 days

●     Product is in the original packaging and in new/unused condition

●     100% resalable as a new item:

        - Must be clean, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

        - Cannot be scratched, dented, or have protective material damaged or removed (laser vinyl covering on stainless steel or other protective material).

        - No alterations have been made to product or body components (CAN NOT BE PREPPED OR PAINTED)

        - Under limited circumstances and with pre-approval, these conditions may be waived and subject to a minimum 15% or greater restocking fee.

●     Returned items that were purchased as components of a ‘KIT’ will be assessed and credit will be issued as if retained items where purchased individually.
●     Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is being returned because of a definite error by 4 State Trucks.
●     Shipments returned ‘COLLECT’ are not permissible and will be refused.

Damaged Shipments - Be sure to immediately inspect shipment upon arrival

If your product is damaged in transit, please make sure you do the following:

●     Initiate the RMA immediately by visiting our web page and clicking on “Initiate Return”

●     All freight damage must be reported upon time of delivery to be accepted by the carrier

●     Be sure to sign any shipping documents or Bill of Lading notating “DAMAGED”. If this is not done, the freight company will undoubtedly deny the claim

●     Take pictures of the product as it was received, attach the photos in the location provided, and select the reason code “Freight Damage”

●     Keep the product and all original packaging in a safe/clean location until the claim is completely resolved

●     DO NOT INSTALL- Any parts that have been installed will not be eligible for return/claim.

Product Warranties

All electronics and some additional products are subject to manufacturer warranties only and warranty exclusions may apply.

●     In the event your item stops working or you experience a product failure due to manufacturer defect, please utilize the online returns initiation using reason code “Vendor Warranty” and we will be happy to assist you.
