Ceramic-Coated Exhaust Manifold Fits Cummins ISX - Replaces 3682959
Bolted directly up to the 06 isx 475 I was working on. Egr hooked right up, turbo bolted down nicely, and manifold bolts all went in very centered to their holes. However, my turbo placement seems to have been further away from the truck head anywhere from a half inch to 3/4 of an inch. I had to stretch my turbo oil drain line to get it to fit a d I had to make a hydraulic line for the turbo oil feed. Everything else fit perfectly, EGR valve, backpressure sense tube, coolant lines, exhaust outlet (down pipe). For the money difference between oem and this manifold, I honestly can't complain about making my own oil line. I had all parts and tools in house to do it in a matter of five minutes. I would definitely encourage you to use this manifold. So far, a month later, I am satisfied with the quality and performance of this manifold. The OEM warped, breaking two manifold bolts on number one and cracking the bolt on number six, which I broke on disassembly (typical of any Cummins...1,4, and 6) I also used the stainless reinforced graphite gaskets, and they seal and fit perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone with a pitted or corroded head surface. They will definitely seal better than the oe stainless type
